It is Friday today!! And I am happy about that! Why am I happy? Because it is Friday, the last day of the week, the day before Sabbath. I can't stop yawning and I will now explain why.
Last night I collapsed onto my bed at 11:50, I was so happy because I could sleep early. My eyes shut and I rolled over, nope, roll over, nope, etc...1:30...I get up and saunter into the bathroom having slept zip zap. I look at the pills I have on the counter and take two, they are an herbal thing that is supposed to help you fall asleep, I never take them but desperate times call for desperate measures. I lay down again, finally, I can sleep...WRONG...4:14...I get up, yet again, and walk downstairs to the front desk where Azalea is working the 1-5 shift. I sit down for the remainder of her shift and talk to her then we continued talking until 6. At this time I decided to try and sleep again...7 a.m...the time I believe I finally dozed off. Oddly enough I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go and so I went to class and thus began my plan of action.
I got back to the dorm at 11:00 and waited...finally 11:50 rolled around and I got the text I'd been waiting for. It was time for me to become gothic. I threw on the black pants with the straps and skull zippers and threw on a black shirt and black toque. My reasoning was two-fold. 1) To bug Steve 2) to get back at Adri for all the color I had been wearing all week. And so...I walked downstairs and got my desired reaction from both, Adri just rolled her eyes. I ran upstairs and changed as quickly as possible then ran back downstairs and waited until the bug warmed up and thus began our trip to Edmonton.
Lets start this trip off right, getting in a beetle with four people, 2 girls, 2 boys. Of course Adri and I get stuffed in the back seat, I have exactly 4 inches for my legs as I am sitting behind Steve. Adri has a little more room but not much as Michael is in front of her. We start driving, the snow is blowing across the road however the roads are clear...get that...let me try explaining it again...the road was clear underneath the blowing snow...if that makes sense. If you stared at it you got really dizzy, but we drove on. It was fun, loads of fun. Finally we get to Edmonton and drive around looking for 80th Avenue, finally we locate it and then head to the mall. Thats right...the West Ed. I decided, thats the perfect place for Jaymee to get married, jk. We walked around the mall for a bit, Michael and Adri took off as Michael wanted to check out West 49 and the Bell store, me, I was famished and so Steve and I hit up the Old Spaghetti Factory. Raspberry Lemonade, Manicotti, Salad and bread! Definately good. After this we met back up with Mikey and Adri and headed home, ya it was a short trip but fun. The rest of the evening was ok, I talked to mom and dad and listened (coached) Jaymee screaming on the other end. Yes, good times. Now I am working front desk and have been since 9, I have one hour 16 minutes left. I cannot wait to crawl under the covers and sleep tonight, it'll be amazing. Anyways until tomorrow night!! Have a great Sabbath tomorrow.

Glad your Goth thing was short lived, black does nothing for you! How much of your meal did you end up bringing back to campus on your pants!!? We love you, Happy Sabbath!
Daddy says next time you should have the guys in the back and the girls in the front!!! Now that would be worth the price of admission!!!
So anyhow glad that you are eating all the time!!! Seems most of your blogs are about eating!!!Enjoying them all!!1
Hope you had a good rest last night!!! I know what it is like to lay awake and wonder when you will sleep. I find I think about that little saying by my bed that says... Don't count sheep.. talk to the Shepherd!! It works.
